Energy Healing is a sacred experience where I weave together Reiki energy with my own unique modality of Intuitive Healing. Each session is divinely guided, allowing universal life force energy to flow through and illuminate the areas within you that are ready to be healed. This powerful blend helps to clear stagnant energy, release what no longer serves your highest good, and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit.

As the healing unfolds, many feel a deep sense of peace, clarity, and reconnection with their higher self. Reiki unblocks the flow of energy throughout the body which brings balance and harmony to the mind, body, and spirit. Reiki may help you feel peaceful, relaxed, lighter, clearer and cleansed. It can help balance chakras and calm the heart. In-person sessions include a hands on experience, fully dressed with light hand touch throughout the body. A medium uses his/hers psychic abilities by tuning in to the spiri energy around them. Mediums rely on the non-physical energy outside of themselves for the information relevant to the person being read. You cannot force spirit to say what you want, spirit shares what it wants.

The healing component is done long distance prior to the virtual video call for the reading. During the healing it is recommended you sit/lay quitley. You can choose to mediate or sit quietly during this time but it is not mandatory.
